Hey! Have you had any success with your container garden? I just started some tomato and pepper seeds the other day and got to thinking about you.

Re: **Redwingsfan**

  • I had some success, however my DH keeps knocking over my pots. So the only thing left that is growing really well is my Lettuce.. My snap peas and cucumbers I have to replant.
  • Don't you love fresh lettuce? It's my favorite, probably because it's so easy to grow. ;) I'm sorry your pots keep getting knocked over. Good luck replanting!
  • Thanks Melissa. Yeah I love the lettuce and so does DH.

I'm going to build myself a table this weekend to set them on instead of on the railing. Let know how your tomatoes and peppers do.

  • Can I hire one of you to come over and get my garden started? I think I'm the only environmentalist with a black thumb. How is that possible?
  • Katie, that's great you're building a table! I'm sure that will work better. Stability is good. :)

Claire, I'd love to help you, but I must warn you that I'm not yet convinced I have a reliable green thumb. We'll see how this round goes. One certain variety of peppers, I have down pat. Tomatoes, not so much.
