Help! I need OC restaurant recs ASAP. Kid friendly..
It's a close girlfriends b day of mine tomorrow- and so we planned a last minute get together for her (about 8 of us) but everyone else but H and I has kids.. [grumble]
So I need a kid friendly place between the Irvine marketplace and Trabuco Canyon where the adults can still have a decent meal..
My suggestion was melting pot- then I remebered hot pots of melty cheese on sticks - burns kids, pokes eyes and the patrons would kill us. (I mean the kids are well behaved and all but still!)
I suck at this.. I need your help.

I always like Macaroni Grill for my GF's with kiddos because they can draw on the table cloths and the food is yummy. H and I just went I had this scallop and spinach salad it was to die for!
check out opentable.com they have great places and you ear points for every reservation toward free meals.
Think of any place I like to go...
NONE of those places.
Endless bad food is still bad.
(p.s. OG food is very high in sodium. does that change your mind?)

Went with macaroni grill- the paper table cloth and crayons was genius.
Their Lobster ravioli by the way was delish- THANKS SO MUCH for the idea Tiff1026.
