Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

MyPublisher mini-rant
I made our parent albums using MyPublisher a month ago and they came out great. The books were nice and heavy, nice quality paper and printing.
But, we just got our album back and it had a couple of problems. One page had a printing issue, and made it look like SIL was drooling all over her face and dress. The other problem is that the text on one page had every letter at the end of the line cut off and put on the next line. I was fuming, since I checked all of the text twice in the Preview function. Turns out, it happened in the uploading process.
Good news: I called their customer service line. I didn't have to wait long until someone picked up the phone, and just telling them about the text was enough to get them to give me a coupon for a new book and shipping to replace it.
The lady also told me to use the Share function before I print it, because you can see the text mistake in that. If it appears right on the website, it will print right (assuming no more drool printing issues...)
Overall still very happy with MyPublisher, just wanted to warn that uploading can cause issues.
