Vick Debut

Michael Vick is supposed to debut tonight and will probably throw a few snaps. How do you feel about it?

I think he deserves a second chance and has done more time then some other NFL players who have harmed humans and themselves because they made poor choices and are welcomed into the league without issue from the mass media. Whats your take on all that?

Regardless of how I feel about Vick and what he did, it was the NFL as a private organization that decided to reinstate him. Furthermore, the Eagles decided to give him a second chance and signed him. Will I go out and buy his jersey? No. Will I not watch football because of Vick? Hell No. In fact I am pretty sure a lot of people will be watching tonight.

I think he deserves a second chance at playing ball. He did the time and will always pay for what he did, but I think he should get a chance to play. I'll be watching tonight - I'm an Eagles fan, so this should get interesting.

He'll feel the heat WAY more from Eagles fans than from almost any other team's fans in the country, so that should be interesting, too...

He paid for his crimes and the NFL has decided to let him play.  I'm interested to see how he's going to play after 3 years.

I am glad he can play again, but I am also glad that he is out of Atlanta. As a Falcons fan, I definitely prefer Matt Ryan and a more pro style game.

I am glad that he was able to get a second chance. Not sure when we will see him again since they are talking about suspending him for six games. I wish that my Jaguars put the smack down on the Eagles the other night.

I really like Matt Ryan.  I was happy to see him have such a good year in 2008 (and happy for the Falcons in general after Vick plus the douche bag coach drama in 2007).  He and Michael Turner are great together.
