One of my co-workers is a home inspector. He's an engineer and works doing mine closures these days, but he spent many years in NYC being a building inspector on large contracts. And he has a small business here in ABQ/RR doing home inspections.
What time frame are you looking to need the inspection? (His wife is very preggers, so I don't know if he's doing any inspections in the next month. Let me check with him Monday and get back to you.)
I should see him Monday at work. But I'll go ahead and email him and see if he answers.
