How did everyone's weekends go?  Can you believe it's September already?!?

Mine was good and uneventful.  Saturday we went to the zoo for my company picnic and then the air show with the blue angels.  The air show was a little unorganized and we waited in line for at least 2 hours for shuttles but the weather was so nice it wasn't too bad.  Other than that, we just kept sorting through everything and are throwing stuff that we don't want to pack and move.

I can't believe that today is the last day of August!  It went really fast.

I had a quiet weekend - I did some cleaning, ran a bunch of errands, and made a throw pillow.

 Next weekend DH comes home!

Our weekend was great!  We had a blast in Indianapolis and definitely want to live there eventually.  It was nice to finally be able to make that decision.

I can't believe it's August 31st and it was only 48 degrees on my way in to work this morning...  I actually had to break out my winter coat!

Our weekend was decent - we went to the ballgame on Friday night and even though it rained through the whole game, we were under a covered area, so it wasn't so bad.  Plus, the food was great and the free drinks were awesome. 

Neither of us won the poker tourney, unfortunately.  But, we still had a ton of fun (I actually had way too much fun, apparently - I was miserable all day yesterday ).  I don't think I left the couch and DH took care of me all day.  I'm way too old for that much 'fun'.

I had a pretty good weekend.  I went to upstate NY for MIL's b-day party.  The morning of the party (Saturday) I ran 16 miles...in the rain.  It was awesome! But I did get rewarded with a lobster cookout.  Sunday it finally stopped raining and was a beautiful day.  Too bad I had to come home and go to work today!

H had to work a 48 hour shift, so that was sad. 

Saturday night I had dinner with my grandma and gave her some wedding pictures. 

Sunday I went to Sam's to stock up on some stuff, delivered some Avon orders, and watched Big Brother.

I really enjoyed this weekend.  We didn't have any plans (finally) so it was nice to stay home and get some stuff done around here.  Cleaned, did laundry (with my new dryer) and finished unpacking bridal shower/wedding gifts (I still don't know where to put them all).  Looking forward to the long weekend already!

Friday night DH and I were invited to get together with a few friends, but DH said no because he was gone all week and he just wanted to spend the night with me.

Saturday we cleaned the house, my aunt and her family came visit, I went pick up my wedding video (looks amazing!), and we went to a couple's wedding shower.

On Sunday, DH went golfing by himself while I worked on lesson plans and other things for my kiddies for the week. I also cooked supper.

DH and I went back to Nashville to take care of the boys I used to babysit so that their parents could get away for the weekend. It was so great to see them again and we were so sad to leave!

Left on Friday, got back to GA on Sunday night and spent today recovering. I guess that is one good thing about not having a full-time job...though that's also probably the ONLY good thing.
