Weather in October?
So what is the weather like here around mid October - Halloween?

The weather here is hard to predict.. but usually some where between the mid 70's and mid 80's comfortable weather.. good trick or treating weather
we usually steer clear of buying the halloween costumes that look hot or fluffy.
What are the boys going to be? I think Elise will be a pumpkin this year and DH and I will be either scarecrows or farmers!
Really it ranges from 80s some weeks, but usually a cool front comes through the first week or so and puts the temps in the mid to low 70s. Last year when I got married (oct. 4th) it was very breezy and around 76-77, but the weather is never the same around here!
Your guess is as good as ours. Last year was unnormally cool. I got married the week after Halloween and remember being grateful for the weather finally cooperating.
But then it was 85 degrees for Christmas. 2 weeks after it snowed.
Ditto Christen and steer away from any costumes that are warm or fluffy!
Brittany- My birthday is October 4th. It flunctuates down here I also would stay clear of any hot costumes.
Crap! I already bought their costumes and they will probably roast!
I didn't think it would be THAT warm. Hmm....this is so strange. I'm used to fall and sweaters and cool crisp weather!
I'm gonna have to rethink this...
On another note I need a new wardrobe...my two pairs of shorts and limited short sleeves aren't gonna cut it!
