Hope everyone's houses are staying dry. We have a pond in our front yard but so far the the inside of the house is dry.

We faired better than most. We have some water in our basement, mainly saturating the carpet and padding. So we've torn that all up and have 2 dehumidifiers and a fan running 24/7 to try and dry it out. Hopefully it won't get moldy, or we'll have to tear out the drywall and cabinetry down there, too. Our brand-new stove got zapped by the power outage though. Fortunately it's under warranty, so they're coming out today to look at it.
But my SIL and sister both had several inches of standing water in their basement. Ugh.
