I got a little catalogue called Expectations (SA edition) from my OBGYN, all baby boutiques are listed in there... that would be a great start!?
Really cute stuff at Chic Mama and Nursury Couture. That's off 1604 and Blanco right next to Silo. Other than that try Etsy. A great friend of mine does a lot of business there and she is selling her stuff like hot cakes.
