In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thanks for all of your well-wishes. DH got the job he was interviewing for! He accepted the offer yesterday and starts in about 3 weeks. (He gave himself a couple days off). It will definitely be more challenging and he'll probably learn a lot, but its all positive changes.
