We're vacationing in San Diego next week and I plan on doing some shopping. 2 questions for you ladies..First, do the stores have fall clothing out (atleast sweaters, long sleeve knits, etc)? I'm from Iowa so I need to do some fall shopping and hoping Cali doesn't just have summer stuff all year long! Next, what stores are your favorite but also aren't too pricey (and where are they!). I usually shop at Gap, Banana, ATLoft, etc here and want to stay in that price range but would love to find some different stores...kinda sick of the selection here! Thanks for your help ladies!

Re: SD-Shopping
Our stores do sell some fall stuff. It does get cold here too from time to time.
Anthropologie has some really cute stuff, especially if you can get it on sale.
H&M is good too for some inexpensive seasonal stuff.
You can find both at Fashion Valley.
It's a myth that it's always sunny/warm here. In fact, up until the beginning of August, I was complaining about how cold it is here, compared to summer in other states. And from like Dec-April, it was not warm and definitely long sleeve/sweatshirt weather, so yes, our stores do stock that. Then, comes May and June, where you don't see the sun for 2 months. In fact, we live on the coast and we barely saw a glimpse of the sun until late July!
I agree with the pp, Fashion Valley is your best bet.
