It's nearly 1:30 here, I haven't eaten lunch yet, I'm feeling lazy, and I'm about to opt for my go-to. Why do I always find myself in this boat? And why do I have such an unhealthy love affair with McDonald's? I'd rather drive almost a mile than walk across the street. I'm ridic, I know.
Can you please convince me in the next 5 minutes (before it's actually 1:30, that I should eat something different.

I opted for a tuna melt from the bistro across the street. It's slightly better for me since tuna is less fatty than beef... and I'm prettysure they use real ingredients instead of the stuff McDonald's uses (I don't knock McD's. whatever it is they use, it's d*mn tasty!). But I still got it with fries.

Confession: I also got a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie for dessert. It's the size of a small dog. Wanna know how I justified it? I won't have time to go the gym this evening like I'd planned (we're going to look at yet another house at 5:30), so I don't have to worry about barfing it up in my workout.
Not working out = not barfing up bad food = justification to eat bad food.
