House Hunt Update
Sorry, I haven't been able to post. But, we went house hunting on Thursday (hence why I couldn't make it to the gtg). We found a house that we didn't love but could see the potential to love, lol. We made an offer and it was accepted by the seller. It's a short sale, so now we have to wait to hear back from the bank. I'd ask you to keep your fingers crossed, but it could be a loooooong time!

For those of you in the same process, I completely understand your frustrations. We've been looking for about a year on and off. We've made 3 offers over the summer. This is the first one in which we were actually the highest bidder (out of 17 offers!), but we're going to keep looking JIC it falls through. I know it's a "buyer's market," but it's not as easy as others make it out to be.
