Emma is going to see the allergist

We have had dairy issues......tried introducing milk three different times (over a 6-7 week period) and she had vomitting and diarrhea and snotty nose.

Then we tried cheerios and she had diarrhea and runny nose.  Fun.  She has also had a number of random rashes over the past few months and had hives last week (rahes hives go away within an hour).  I decided I didn't want the next call to be from the ER that she has had a really bad reaction, so pedi referred us to an allergist.  We need to know if she is just sensitive or has allergies.  We also need to know about other common food allergens.....we are afraid to try anything new.  Pedi suggested nothing new until we see allergist.

**Pedi also said that the new recommendation is to wait until age 2 for eggs and age 3 for peanut butter.
