Decision?

I need to choose my final class for this quarter.  Should I take:

a. Science, Technology and Social Research After Eurocentrism: the philosophy of natural sciences for social science students, looking at research assumptions and overcoming bias.  Small class.  Filled up with a waitlist (I am already enrolled in it, but if it's filled up it must be popular!).  The professor is interested in feminist theory and the philosophy of science.

OR

b. Special Topics in Urban Schooling: administration, policy, curriculum, and teaching.  Also a small class, but not filled up or waitlisted.  And the professor (I can find his picture online, but nothing else about him) looks like a nice guy, he's rather young, not a full professor.

I can't find any course reviews or professor reviews online.  I'm interested in schooling, urban schooling, but special education, not general ed.  I am not interested in natural sciences (or the philosophy of them, that sounds boring to me) but learning about assumptions and overcoming bias is always useful.  And the class is full, so other people must think it's good.

WWYD?
