I need some help please

So, I joined this weight loss competition at work -- lose 12 lbs in 6 weeks. Well this is week 6 and I have to weigh in tomorrow. I have lost 10 lbs. Does anyone have any advice on how to drop 2 lbs in the next 24hrs? I will do anything -- it doesn't have to be permanent or healthy.

  • Humm...considering your weight can vary that much in a day I'm not sure.

    Maybe be sure to wear the lightest clothes you own tomorrow, like a jersey dress and lightweight sandals?  

  • We have to wear our steeltoe shoes for the weigh in bc the area with the scale requires it =/.
  • Well that's not any fair!

    No woman should be forced to weigh in wearing steel toed shoes!  That's just cruel!

  • tons of water. don't eat breakfast before the weigh in. pee before you weigh in. do something that makes you sweat ALOT tonight but isn't muscle forming (do cardio or sit in a sauna) I know you can google tricks like movie stars use to lose weight before the big award shows...
  • no breakfast the day of weigh in, and no carbs.. and pee alot! good luck and congrats on your weight loss!
