Re: shoe - another q for you
We had a LOT of ducks in our freezer when we made them but you can use as many or as little as you'd like. We use one tortilla per quesadilla (we fold them over) so you can probably safely assume that 1 duck will equal about 1 1/2 quesadillas.
Does that make sense?
