Do I really need to buy knee pads for class? lol I got home and told my Husband he laughed so hard at me. haha I don't want bruised knees but knee pads seem silly. lol
I'm really sad we don't have class tomorrow....I'm going to forget the moves. haha
Thanks for telling us about it...I had a lot of fun and was def. sore for 2 days afterwards. lol
Re: Jennifer**
Stacey-
I have used knee pads, but it's because I have them. I didn't use them a lot last semester- but you never know
I do recommend wrist bands, they help keep your wrists "warm" and it really makes a difference when we get really into popping, locking, and floor movements.
I typicaly stay a bit later and stretch out again after class, and during class, and that really helps with my "soreness" level
Glad you had a good time- see you on the 12th!
Jenn
Hmmm, I'll have to look into knee pads. Do you just use volleyball ones?
And wrist bands...I never thought of that. Thanks! I'll get on that too.
And I might stay and stretch after class....it was my butt that was the most sore. haha
