My Birthday!

Hi Girls!

Well, my birthday is coming up, and i'm trying to think of a fun party idea. I don't want to spend too much, but i'd like something different than Dinner, or a party at my home. A theme party possibly. I figured there must be something interesting out there!

 any ideas, let me know!

Re: My Birthday!

  • My birthday is coming up too. We are going as a family out to dinner to 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. I have not been and I thought my son would enjoy seeing the characters.

Today I am going with out with the girls to celebrate. We are having tea at the Grand Floridian. It is so much fun.

If you have a pass to Disney the Dessert and Fireworks party at Magic Kingdom is great too.

Farris & Fosters - went to a nestie get together here and it was so much fun.

  • Happy Birthday!

Well I had been thinking of Faris and Foster's, but I didn't want to make my friends have to pay to come to my party :)  I'm going to look into it though!!

  • Happy Birthday to you too. I know what you mean about making friends pay. I guess with my group of friends we usually all go out to eat or to tea so it is assumed that when you go you are paying.
  • If I were going to Ferris and Foster, or out to dinner for that matter to celebrate a friends birthday, I would never expect the "guest of honor" to be paying for everyone. I have gone places to celebrate people's birthday on many occasions and have always paid for myself.

I think Ferris and Fosters would be a great place. What about the Lakeridge Winery in Clermont. I am sure they do birthday celebrations. That could be fun.

  • I think Farris & Fosters is a great idea too!  Like Debi said...if I am going out for a friend's birthday I would expect to pay for myself.  No issue there.  I have been to a few birthday celebrations at F&F and we've always had a great time!  Have dinner first and bring a few bottles of wine.  It will be a great night.
