NE1 replace H2O piping on property?
We found a leak in the pipe on the property and get to deal with it this weekend. Mother Fvcker.
If you've replaced your water pipe leading to your house, how many l.f. were removed/fixed, how much did it cost and how did you find the company to help you (please rec. if you liked the work!).
TIA, disgruntled PUBB who is now on an involuntary water shutoff >:|
Move along, nothing to see here.....
Re: NE1 replace H2O piping on property?
We came home one day and there was water running down the street. We thought it was the city...low and behold one of our water pipes broke. Unfortunately they do shut the water off...and will until it's fixed. Also find out about fines, in CA were were almost faced with fines if it wasn't fixed in a certain amount of time.
We just started digging where the yard was most wet. We knew where ABOUT where the water line ran....not EXACTLY though, so we did end up with a big trench before we were done. Anyway, we saw the leak and were able to replace it by ourselves. Honestly it's not something I would recommend you do yourself. I'm sorry to say it. For the sake of time, fines, and sanity I suggest hiring someone. So sorry to say that.
