pip we won our rib off
just wanted to share-one of our neighbors organized a rib off on saturday night-it was quite the pork fest (being a vegetarian i had to eat before we went over there) anyway we went hawaii style dug a pit in the ground rubbed the ribs with sea salt, wrapped in banana leaves and put in the ground, burried and let sit in there for over 7 hours....next year we are full on doing a luau in the summer with the full pig....some fun pics below
