I know it is early, but are there any Halloween Events?
We usually go to HHN but since I'm prego this year we can't go. I'd love to do something Halloweenish and I was hoping there may be a local type haunted house or something that isn't at Universal or Bush Gardens. Any ideas if areas have local events?

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween at Magic Kingdom
Seaworld has a spooktacular event
Geek, this is the first year DH and I will be dressing up and actually going out somewhere for Halloween...not just handing out candy to the lovely children in our neighborhood (heh heh).
We are still looking for a good event in Lake Mary, so if I see a preggers friendly one I will pass it along to you! City Hall will probably have something, but short and sweet.
Disney is really great about having smoking only areas and I hardly ever even notice people smoking there. You could always get a wheel chair if you wanted to go to a park. I went to the theme parks all the time in my 3rd trimester and didn't have any problems with the smoking or walking. Sorry about your hips.
Yeah we wanted to dress up too (I mean this may be my only chance to dress up like an inappropriate prego LOL). We're done with TOT in our neighborhood, we won't be participating anymore nor will we be bringing the kid around next year. The neighborhood has gotten too scary. The other day I saw this huge scary "kid" walking around glaring at me and carrying a huge stick.
I think I know what kid you are talking about. The problem is our scary kids invite all the scarier Chase Groves kids to play and it ends up being a big mess.
I had 2 kids do this homemade firecracker where you somehow make a 2 liter bottle explode on the side of my house in August. The explosion of this thing not only shook my walls a tad, but I was literally shaken off the couch. I ran out there and caught them and told them to immediately leave or I was calling the cops. One tried to get smart mouthed with me and I set him straight. They then wandered off when they realized I wasnt kidding. Dont mess with a redhead kids, I gotz too firey a temper. hehe
