Hope everyone had a great weekend. I know I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. We didn't do much, but it was nice. I'm glad this is a short week! How was everyone elses weekend?

Yay for a long weekend and a short work week!!!
We had a good and very productive weekend. Had a successful yard sale on Saturday, made a little money and got rid of a lot of things that we just had hanging around.
Sunday and Monday, DH built a full size closet for our soon-to-be nursery. He's finished all of the framing, electrical and sheetrock. Now just needs priming, painting, mouldings and the organizing system. I am so impressed with him! I couldn't help much but, I tried to keep the constructions dust in the rest fo the house under control, handed him tools as needed and cooked meals.

We had a good weekend. I am absolutely exhausted. DH went fishing Friday night, came home saturday morning. I went to my cousins bachelorette party on Saturday night- We went to this place called Painted by Hue, you go and paint pottery. I was a little skepticle but it turned out to be a good time! We went and ate at Urban Flats, which was pretty good...
Sunday/Monday: myself, DH, my cousin (whose bach party i went to), my friend, and DH friend all went fishing in Anna Maria Island. I didn't catch a single solitaire fish! Everyone else did, but not me. Oh well. I had a good time. I was really excited my cousin got a snook. She has never been fishing before. She is getting married this Sunday and then she is moving to Cali =( Her FI is stationed in Cali for USMC so she is going out there.
Our weekend was pretty awesome!
Friday night we swam in the pool at our apt complex (for the last time this summer).
Saturday we headed downstate to pick up MIL and take her to queens to her dentist. Then we headed over to Jones Beach. I had my first swim in the Atlantic Ocean!! It was so much fun, but after about five minutes the ocean had swallowed my glasses!! It was ok tho.
Sunday we had brunch with MIL, her parents and sister, and family friends. We were celebrating Rich's grandma's birthday and grandma and pa's anniversary (64 happy years!)
Monday we had lunch with MIL before we drove back upstate. We just relaxed at home.
Tonight after work I got new glasses and had my eyes dialated for the first time (not pleasant!)
I love Anna Maria Island!!!! I have family that lives there and we go almost every summer. Dh also has family that lives there so we see all the family in one trip! There isnt much to do on the island, but we always have a good time.
Anywho....its not tuesday anymore, but I agree about the short week! I couldnt barely get out of bed this morning, I got up took and shower got halfway dressed then laid back in bed for 20 min....wow.
