Do you have any personal goals this month?
I do.
I'd like to exercise 5x a week. But 2 of those times would be yoga and maybe weights. I'm kind of sick of overdoing it.
Also, I want to bring my lunch every day to work and prepare food for dinner rather than eat out all the time. I'd like to limit my eating out for dinner to 2x a week. Since DH will be gone for another 3 weeks this month, that will be a challenge. I need to be more mindful of my spending. I went overboard with the $6 sprite cans on vacay. And $8 bags of potato chips. $5 ice cream sandwiches. Yikes.
Re: Do you have any personal goals this month?
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I feel like a broken record by saying this, but I really want to get into a consistent cardio routine.
Step 1 towards this goal is trying out a Zumba class at the gym tomorrow night.
Exercise - Up my mileage to 30 miles a week. Incorporate more speed work so I can PR at Long Beach.
Work Related - Break my students of some of their lazy habits like whining and finishing work early, yet missing key directions.
This.
Word
My goal is to have fun.
I'm doing a pretty good job so far.
After this morning...Not to let my job get to me and not breakdown and quit.
Have more fun.
