Ohio nestie visiting Phoenix

My sister and I will be visiting a friend in Phoenix in November. We are looking for fun things to do that aren't totally touristy. We have been there once before and spent a day in Sedona and also a day shopping in Scottsdale.

Re: Ohio nestie visiting Phoenix

  • I'm confused. Won't you be visiting your friend? She should know about some places to go. What I love about az is that it's not touristy. Everything is family oreinted & all about having fun (not making you over pay for every little thing).
  • Hi there! Phoenix knottie here, depending on when you visit there are a lot of things going on in November.  Feel free to email me if you want any ideas or have any questions. marci17154@aol.com

Sorry... I should add that she has not lived there long and has asking if there was anything we would like to see that we didn't get to last time. We were there for about 4 days the last time and she was about out of things to do.

  • How long are you coming for???

DH and I just toook a drive down to Bisbee (3 hours S.E. of Phoenix) And had a BLAST! We stayed at www.theshadydell.com Super cute! You drive through Tucson AND Tombstone...so those are cool places to visit. Lots of good caverns to hike as well.

November is our tourisity season, so anything you want to do that requires a reservation I would book early as possible.
