Property Management - Need Recommendations
My husband and I own a house in Loveland and we need to find a property management company to rent it out. We currently live in St. Louis and have done the property management ourselves and now are moving to Fort Worth, Texas and need to find someone to take it over since we will be further away. Does anyone know of any good property management companies that handle single family homes?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We terminated our contract with them (at a loss to us), and found a renter within 2 weeks. RPM basically took our initial signup fee and did nothing
Still gets me fired up thinking about it. Grr.
