hahaha I know they freak me out too...I would but 1. I just really don't like to use chemicals...ESPECIALLY with all the pets. and 2. IF we did get bit, we won't die from it.....if there was the potential for it to kill us, i'd call in a heartbeat...so it's just not something that seems worth of using our credit card for thanks, though! really, we've only seen two hobo spiders, so it's not like we're seeing them daily all over the place. i think i'm going to buy a few of those hobo spider traps though and set them up.

I HATE spiders! They would freak be the heck out, too!
When we got our house sprayed for fleas (yes, right when we first moved in!) the landlord used a company that has organic pesticides (because we were worried about our dog, too!). So, I'd look into that...I know there are companies that have them.
