Ok, I was at a piano bar with DH tonight (we are on vacation). I couldn't help but think how totally awesome it was rocking out to "Sweet Home Alabama," "New York State of Mind," "Devil Went Down to Georgia," "Mountain Mama (West Virginia), and "Rocky Top" (Tennessee) with a bunch of complete strangers from all parts of the country. We all knew all of the words and sang them with equal excitement. What an amazing country we live in with such majestic scenery and so much to offer in every special, unique way. It's so awesome to be an American and I was really reminded of that tonight seeing that tomorrow is the eighth anniversary of September 11, 2001.
Tomorrow will always be a sobering day for me, but there is so much to celebrate in life. I feel that we owe it to those who lost their lives that day to live ours to the fullest. Life is too short and too precious to spend time worrying and griping over the little stuff.?Wishing you all the best of love and life always!?
Re: Getting Sentimental...
