Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Internet Help!
Ok, ladies, we're in desperate need. Our internet is horrible!
We have People PC high speed that is actually AT&T high speed somehow (we ordered it through People PC, but AT&T came out to make sure everything was ready to go--don't know). It stops working ALL.THE.TIME! It's so unreliable, and with classes that require me to do things online and submit homework and papers online, we need something better! This very well be a case of faulty equipment, etc...I don't know, but it's sucking big time!
At one point, several years ago, I had Comcast Cable Internet, BUT I had cable tv then too---I love the cable internet, but everything I've found with Comcast has been quite pricey compared to what we have now. Plus, well, we haven't had the best luck with Comcast's customer service in the past (at least not in this area).
Suggestions?? Our biggest issue is that this internet requires us to have some type of contraption between our phone plug-in in the wall, and whatever is getting plugged in so as not to have some problem with the phone and internet working at the same time. Problem is that we can never seem to keep both working at the same time---phone and internet. They've come out to look at it and always say it's fixed, but it never stays. I've NEVER had such issues with high speed and cable internet.
PLEASE HELP, LADIES!!! I hate spending $40/month on my phone and $20 for internet when we can't use both on a regular basis! SUCKS!!!!
