Can I get some dust too?
DH and I really need it. We are losing hope on the house. Countrywide is stringing us along, again. They just need to decided yay or nay on if they will allow the sellers to give them less money up front with a promissory note at closing. They will get all their money eventually, but I think the sellers are asking if they can pay them back an additional $5k over time. It seems ridiculous to me for Countrywide to even think twice about it, but they are not very nice or efficient. If they do say no to this, we will lose the house. It has been something like 76 days since we put the offer in on the house, we are going crazy now.
