Can I just say...
...that I LOVE my OSU Cowboys, but that game they played this weekend was freaking pathetic. If that's how they're going to play, then they don't deserve to be in the top 10... I'm not even sure they deserve to be in the top 20. They have such amazing talent and some amazing players. I don't understand how they can lose a game like that. Granted, Houston rocks. They have an excellent team and a stud of a QB. They certainly deserve to be ranked and they deserved to win that game. But, really, Pokes? Get your crap together and don't be over looking "sucky" schools.
And, for all the whiners out there, shut up, suck it up, and move on to next weekend! It's the same thing I told all the Sooners last week. Now, I'm telling you. Geesh. We didn't lose because "our coach sucks", we didn't lose because Hunter was out (in fact, we did awesome even without him when we did finally decide to join the game), we didn't lose because "our QB sucks", we didn't lose because of the refs. We lost because we didn't play well. We didn't play as a team. We deserved to lose. But, the season isn't over. Support your team or go find some other team, because I certainly don't want you and your negativity around.

It was a crazy weekend in college football, that's for sure.

Mizzou played absolutely terribly on Saturday. Luckily for us, they got the win..but they didn't play a team like Houston. Bowling Green is a decent team, but Mizzou was incredibly sluggish and it was a little painful to watch.
And of course some of the ignorant Mizzou fans (and there are LOTS!) sitting around us had all negative comments to make...and early in the game too. One guy leaned to the guy sitting next to him and said, "see this is why I never bring you to the games. They are not good." What?? Then you can leave. Jeeze. It's very frustrating to have wishy-washy fans like that.
I'll always bleed orange, but man we sucked it up on Saturday.
This past weekend in college football was bananas. But, then again, that's why I love it so much.
I'm just ready for conference play. I feel like these preseason games can make or break teams before the season really starts. Bring on the conference games already!
I was very WHAT at this as well. I think OSU is still a great team, and I'm still a little relieved that we're not playing you this year, if it makes you feel any better!
