I found this house on Craigslist that I am really interested in. I had some questions so I emailed the poster and this is what she said
"This house is actually behind on payments (in pre-foreclosure) and you
can see it at www.preforeclosuresearcher.com. It is listing number
17715. All details about the house are found on the site as well as
pictures. It is available for takeover, just fill in your information
on the right hand side.
I went to the site above and asks you to register and pay a $3 fee before you can even do a search. I found it sketchy, so I Googled "NH foreclosures" hoping to find this house somewhere else and every site that came up required you to pay a fee first. Is this normal? Is there a site I can go to that I don't have to pay a fee ??
Re: Real Estate question..
www.nhforeclosuresforsale.com
That site gives a list of the foreclosures in NH for free. But, if this is preforeclosure, it's probably a short sale and after being involved with one for over 75 days and the stress that DH and I are feeling, you couldn't pay me to do another one. Just stay away, for your own sanity!
