Anyone been? I am planning on taking DH for our anniversary. Should we plan on staying from the begining to the end? Should we eat before or after? Is it too loud to have drinks and talk? Any ideas or suggestions on it would be great. Thanks.
Re: BB Kings
who is playing when you are planning to go?
we love to go see Burning Las Vegas - they put on a great show.
it is loud but you can still chit chat some, and there will be room for dancing out front by the band so wear your dancing shoes
there is usually an attendant in the bathroom and they can be a little pushy, so take some spare cash to be prepared for that. i don't think you have to stay for the whole show - you may WANT to, though. usually the bands will play for a while, take a break, then start back up and play till the early morning. so, if you wanted to, it could work out great to go out for a nice meal, then head over for the late set and drinks. the food there is good, too, a little greasy - a little pricey - what you'd expect, really... but the catfish is pretty dang good.
happy anniversary!
