Re: Where to find best deal on iMac 24?

  • I'm pretty sure Apple keeps the pricing locked up on their computers, no matter where they are sold.  I'm not sure I've seen a sale or deal on a Mac or Apple product outside of Apple's occasional sales.  It could be that I haven't looked hard enough, though!

This. The only time I've ever seen it slightly cheaper is on a Military base.

  • I'm not sure about the iMacs, but I bought my MBPro last year at a really good discount from Amazon, so they are definitely worth a look. Other than that, a refurb direct from Apple is the way to go.

Another option worth mentioning is knowing someone with a corporate or education discount. Wink

  • Apple also partners with companies and offers discounts. I would look around maybe someone you know works for a  company that does or the company you work for offers a discount.

You can buy refurbished ones on Apple.com and get a pretty good discount. Refurbished ones are certified and go through a much more rigorous testing. (My husband works for Apple and I work for a company that partners with Apple, deals are out there)

    Good Luck!

Side Note. I love my iMac and You'll be super happy you went with the 24in!!!
