Has anyone read Skinny B*tch?
I just finished reading the book Skinny B*tch... I was wondering if anyone else has read it and what their thoughts were?
I loved it.... although I don't think I could totally go full fledge vegan, this book was exactly what I was looking for. A lifestyle change-- not a diet. Some of the facts are astonishing.... more then half of the antibiotics purchased in the US are bought by farms for livestock. How sick is that? No wonder we build resistence! there was so much more to...
I highly recommend it!
