Re: Canning
I bought a 23 quart pressure cooker which can be used for both pressure canning and water bath canning. It comes with two basket inserts so that if I'm doing little jars I can stack them and can faster.
I need to pick up the jars still. I bought "Complete Book of Home Preserving".
It has a TON of great recipes and really simple instructions!
