We broke down and bought a Wii.
Finally! I really wanted the WiiFit because everyone I know has raved about it. Jon's stoked about MarioKart too. It seems like we were the last people on the planet without one, and happened to come across a store with a bunch in stock, so we picked one up. Yay!

You will LOVE it. We have had ours for about a year now and play it at least three times a week. I pink puffy heart Wii Fit. It's awesome and it really does give you a work out. Wii Sports is fun too. DH & I challenge each other in bowling and boxing with it. My parents who are anti video game even love it, they beg to play with it every time they come over.
You were lucky to find a store that had a bunch of Wii's in stock, that's pretty rare. We looked everywhere for about two months to find ours, and had to go to Target as soon as it opened on a Sunday to get one. I called literally about 10 stores two weeks ago to find one that had a Wii Fit in stock, I got the last one they had.
I LOVE MY Wii FIT!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!
