Yay: I have a random day off today!
Boo: it's a furlough day, so I'm not getting paid
Yay: DH and I are going to dinner tonight
Boo: This work day is already dragging
Yay: Going to see The Killers at the Hollywood Bowl.
Boo: Phoenix decided to play their own competing show at the Greek, so they won't be opening.
yay: we have leftovers from our anniversary dinner last night
boo: we were (and still are) too sick to enjoy it.
This is sooooo sad.
If it makes you feel any better, I won't be going to either show and I want to cry about it.
Yay: I found a $100 check I never cashed. woo hoo!
Boo: I have bills to pay so I won't get to enjoy the extra $100 for anything fun.
i got paid today. yay!
the whole damn paycheck is already spent. boo.
Realized DH has a 3 paycheck month next month - yay!

My food blogging friend is going to the Phoenix concert. She is an amazing photographer, so at least we will get to see beautiful pics of what we missed.

One of my best friends is coming to visit me this weekend and we are going to play in a tennis tournament together for the first time-Yay!
My house is a mess and she is coming tomorrow so I will be spending the evening cleaning-boo

Yay: kind of morbid I guess, but I hired someone to build a site where friends and family can add memories about my brother. I am glad there will be something to memorialize him that we can look back on for years to come.
Boo: I am currently having the worst acne break-out in 5 or so years. Poop. I need to put socks on my hands to resist picking at my face.
I don't think that's morbid...I think that's an awesome idea!
YEY: It's been a productive and busy week. Which means The week is flying by.
Boo: It's been so busy I haven't finished Hunger Games yet.

This is awesome. I did something similar when my Mom passed and it gave everyone something to focus on that are positive memories.
I got my finals schedule and I have nearly a month off between fall and spring semesters. Yay!
It's because all of my exams are in the first 5 days of the exam period. Boo!
yay: We're going to J-town for lunch today!
boo: It's only Wednesday. Friday seems very very far away.
Yay: The Princess finally lost her front tooth last night and will stop asking me to wiggle it knowing it skeeves me out.
Boo: I have lentil soup and an apple for lunch and I wish it was ice cream.
yay - Get to leave work at 3:30 today...
boo - ...its for a physical therapy appt
Yay: I am finally at home and enjoying an alcoholic beverage.
Boo: I had to spend all freakin' day at a training session that was overkill.
Boo: They are repaving the parking areas for our apt. complex and we have to move our cars tonight and can't come back into the parking lot till 6pm tomorrow.
Yay: I talked the husband into moving my car for me.
