so excited I just might burst!
We had our first appointment with the midwife this morning and then right after an appointment for an ultrasound.
We heard the heartbeat right away - and the look on DH's face was just priceless. And for all my sappiness, I didn't cry at all! She found the heartbeat right away and said it sounded very strong, active, not a shy baby. lol. I have ultrasound pics so I will upload them tonight. That was just incredible too! we saw the baby literally running around inside! hee hee - we have an active little one. This was our first time seeing or even hearing the baby - so I was definitely worried that maybe their wasn't really a baby there or maybe it was an alien or litter of kittens. (JK!!! haha)

I don't have too much of a bump - just a bloated/chubby looking belly! lol kind of embarrasing! I have some belly/profile pics, but right now I feel like i'm just taking pics of chub so....
I'm feeling much better - I was pretty nauseous for awhile. I still like naps, but I'm feeling like i need to be more active now that I'm past the nausea.
