Happy 4th Wedding Anniversary! What are you guys doing to celebrate?
How's everything else going? The house? Sammi's tail? I've been so busy since we got back from DW I haven't had too much time to get on here. =(

I know how it is getting back from a vacation so take your time girl to get settled. Before you know it, you will be in T&C!
We are just gonna hang out tomorrow night - nothing special - leftovers on the menu. LOL
BUT we are heading to Mezzo Mezzo in Astoria on Friday evening for our celebration. It's a Greek restaurant recommended by cheekywife, so I am excited. We always try to go to a different country's restaurant on our anniversary. Year 1 was Thai (my selection), Y2 was Indian (DH's selection), Y3 was Mexican (again DH) and this year Greek (my choice). We are so excited since we haven't had a proper date since April (aka since the house!)
Speaking of the house, it's coming on. I think we are making good progress. We submitted a new contractor's paperwork to our bank so fingers crossed. We also have another contractor's paperwork just in case (we got two this time around).
Mr. Sammi is doing very well. His tail looks like a piglet's. or captain hook's hahahaha It's all twisty...Garth is sure that his fur on his tail and butt are growing, me - not so sure. LOL
So, how are you? How did your little zoo behave when you were away? How's the selling process going? Have you had any tempting offers yet? Have you began looking at NJ? I heard the taxes there are high (do you see my tactics at getting you to remain in NY?)

I hope everything works out for you with this contractor. I know it's aggravating when you're trying to get things done and things just aren't going your way. Hopefully this contractor gets approved! I'll pray to the bank approval gods for you! lol
LOL That's hysterical...poor Sammi's hiney! I'm sure his fur will grow back eventually. Otherwise he's gonna look like a baboon the rest of his kitty life. hehe
I'm doing pretty good. Today was a very annoying day so far. lol Joey told me yesterday that his "A" test (at work) is on a day we'll be on vacation, so to make a long story short, we're going away the week before schedule...of course at the bargain price of an extra $300 bucks. =( This frigg'n union is a pain in my a$$! So, I spent the whole day trying to get things changed with that. Not that I am allowed to complain, being I get to go on vacation again, it's just frustrating...there is always something. =/
Thankfully the little zoo is doing well. Everyone seems to be happy and healthy (I'm sure I just jinxed myself saying that lol). The house selling process (you'll be happy to know lol) is not going in our favor. We had someone by to look at it last night, but who knows. =/ When it sells, it sells I guess.
Ok, enough of my rambling. I need to go cancel the car rental for T&C now. lol Enjoy your Anniversary! Talk to you soon...
