What is the easiest way to add pictures to your signature? Eveyone has such great photos of their weddings/babies/pets!!

I know someone somewhere made a big list of the links, I used photobucket for mine. There are also specific codes for getting things uploaded. Anyone know that google page?
These are the only ones I know. Remove the *s and they should be the right codes!
PIC:
1) Upload your picture to www.tinypic.com and make sure the size is set to "message board" size (otherwise it might end up huge! Then once it's uploaded, cut and paste the "direct link for layout" URL, which you can find right below your uploaded picture.
In your signature (accessible from "My Nest" in top left corner of screen), please this code without the *'s.
