I've never eaten Thai food before and tomorrow night a few friends and DH are going out to a local restaurant. Anything I must try? I'm trying to branch out and extend my food base.
Re: Thai Food First Timer
Thai food is delicious. Pad thai and pad see ew are two pretty common dishes. They consists of stir fried big noodles and a type of meat (usually beef, pork, or chicken).
I personally love the curries (red or green in particular), especially if it is heavy on the coconut milk.
pad thai for sure if you like noodles!
We went to Thai Garden in Schaumburg and had Panang (I didn't care for this) and Chicken Pad Si-Ew (which I loved!!!).
Thats where were going. The couple we're going with go there all the time, this will be our first. I'm looking forward to it, i've heard excellent things!
