So it looks like Friday is the winner. How about 6:30-ish... that seems to work well from past GTG's.
I'm not sure where we should go, though. I'm still not very familiar with anywhere other than East Valley. Is there a fairly central location that works for everyone?
Chime in with location suggestions, and we'll vote on them!
Woo hoo! Looking forward to some girl time!
Re: GTG
The hardrock Cafe would be a TON of fun, but i'd imagine that it is super loud in there????
Is there a PF Changs?? Or maybe the Old Spaghetti Factory?
There's not a lot of places downtown, I don't think thier's either of those. Downtown isn't a really popular area for dinner, unless there is a game going on, so it might not be that loud.....
Oooh OK! I have no idea what is actually considered downtown, lol! I hate being the new one some times...
I won't be able to make it but I just wanted to chime in that there is a TON of great restaurants downtown!
The Old Spaghetti Factory is off Central and McDowell (love that place). WildThaiger off Central has some of the best Thai in the Valley. The Rose and Crown is down in Heritage Square near the Science Center. It's an English pub with a really vintage vibe, usually they do random things like Trivia night where the whole restaurant partakes. It's awesome. Rosie McCaffrey's is a great Irish pub off Camelback.
I love the downtown restaurants because they are usually a little bit more eclectic.
Oh dang Jaye! if you were going I would have gone!
Lets see, Ticoz on 7th St and Camelback is way super fun, they have a private room if you call ahead you can book that!
Cibo is Off of Roosevelt and like 5th ave! SUPER YUMMY and Super cute! Its in an old house, so it has a bunch of seperate rooms so its semi private... They have a really nice outside patio as well, which the evenings are getting so nice out!
Also the places Jaye mentioned are all rad!
Aww Kirstin I'm sorry! I can't believe DH had the nerve to be born on a Nest GTG date
Although, we'll probably be downtown that night having dinner. All of our favorite places are in that area thanks to my time spent at PAM.
We're doing Friday evening right? The 25th?
What about Dave and Busters at Tempe Marketplace?
