My entire family now knows

There are six siblings in my family, I am the youngest...that final (let's have a child) gleam in my father's eye Wink...so I had quite a few family members to tell that C and I are having twins. I come from a very Christian family. Needless to say, I wasn't sure how everyone would take the news.

Tonight, I finally told the final sibling, the one I call "the Evangelist." To quote his words to me tonight: "Congratulations, children are such a blessing!" I was floored and ecstatic at the same time! After I called C, I called my mom (because she too was concerned how he would take it) she was overjoyed!

I have yet to hear back from my oldest brother (I had told him via email...I was a little chicken with him). However, I will call him if I don't hear from him by Saturday morning. I also told my oldest nephews and nieces over the weekend, sending them photos from the NT scan.

I am so wonderfully amazed at the joy expressed by almost every single one of my family members (I will let you know about the oldest). I have to say that the response I loved best came from my oldest (very religious) nephew who called today and told me how proud he was of C and I and that he knew we had a lot of love to offer these children!

I just had to share!
