I had my baby this week
Here is the short version of my birth story...
I am getting staples removed today and we both will be going home later today. If I had known earlier that LeAnn had her baby two days before me, I would've tried to go see her, since we delivered in the same hospital.
I have a lot of loose ends to tie up at work, which hopefully I'll be able to get done by tomorrow. Then, I'll be home enjoying time with my husband and the baby. Can't wait!

Awe...So tiny. Love the name. Right after I asked you how many weeks I noticed it in the post title. That is great that he didn't have to spend any time in the NICU. It is amazing how much a baby developes every extra day they are able to stay in the womb.
If you need preemie clothes, BRU does have a small selection as well as Walmart. If I remember correctly, I think Target was one of the only places I could find preemie size diapers. I hope you had everything prepared prior to your delivery. I know what it is like to have to scramble to get everythinng ready
You should visit the preemie board on thebump. There was alot of helpful advice from girls who also dealt with the some of the hurdles preemie moms deal with. At least stop in and say "Hi," it was always refreshing seeing a preemie born that didn't have to spend any time in the NICU. Hopefully little Tyler will catch up with his weight soon as though he was a full-term baby!!!
Target sells preemie diapers? Oh how I wish I would have known that two years ago! We looked everywhere (or it at least seemed like everywhere) for them and finally assumed that they didn't make any!
They did 11 months ago. M actually wore them for several weeks and i had to buy them a few different times. I was using Swaddlers at the time. I have sinced switched to Huggies so I dont even look at the Pampers section anymore. although, I feel like I have seen Huggies in "P" size. I even saved one for his scrapbook. It was so cute and tiny. It was like the size of a small pad...lol!
Congrats! He is adorable!!! You guys are so lucky that he doesn't need to be in NICU... my nephew delivered around the same time as you, and he spent a good couple of weeks in there, and he was born at 6.5lbs--his lungs weren't that developed yet!!!

Congratulations!!!! He is precious! I can't believe our little guys are only 2 days apart! I wish I would have known you were there...I would have totally came to see you. There was another nestie there too for some complications and I visited her while she was there. Anyway - I'm so glad you are both doing well! Please keep in touch with me once you get home. (Let me know if you don't still have my email address.) I'm no expert, but I love talking anything babies!!! I hope to hear from you soon!
