Real Estate FYI--Wash. County
For those of you looking to buy a home, our loan officer (at Wells Fargo) called me today to tell me that Washington County has been added to the Declining Markets list, which means that financing requirements there just got tighter--you'll need at least 10% down if you're not doing an FHA loan.
Multnomah County is not on the list, but I'm sure that's coming eventually.
