    Although I probably wouldn't bother with the sauce... I did just see this (which is ironic since you'd JUST mentioned it) when I went to Taste of Home for something else:

  • We usually just buy gnocchi but this recipe looked so simple I want to try making it! I would skip the sauce too. I like having gnocchi with a good vodka sauce or just some olive oil, little bit of butter, and parmesan cheese on top.

  • Other than putting it through the ricer, the gnocchi didn't seem to be that difficult to make when Rocco was showing that woman how to do it (seriously, she made ME feel like a gourmet chef! LOL  If she could manage it, I could manage it!)
