at the risk of being disgustingly graphic, it almost makes me think of a UTI, if you could get UTIs in your esophagus. This is fabulous fun.
In other news, to offset the gagging that I'm sure some of you are doing thinking of my UTI in the esophagus, Alex went to a carnival today...
He was a very big boy, I was so surprised. The second it started moving, he behaved perfectly, held on with both hands and grinned and stayed seated on the stationary baby horse. So freaking cute.
There. At least if I post something gag worthy, I offset it with cute.

and that totally sucks about the hb my bjs membership paid for itself in the amt of tums i went through when i was pg with tony so i know how you feel
If I could take tums, I would happily take it.
Unfortunately, anything (tums or similar) makes me vomit when I've tried to take it (pg or not pg).
So I basically tough it out like last time. Everything is just happening so much earlier this time...
Ugh HB is NO fun....I got it consistently at 8pm every evening when PG...I swear...

Welcome to my world! YUCK! I've had hearburn since about December non stop. I have gone thru about 5 super sized bottles of tums and about 3 bottles of mylanta. I find the mylanta works WONDERS!!!
Do you do the gagging thing when brushing your teeth. I do it EVERY morning when i brush. Yuck!
yu poor thing. this is going on almost 24 hours of your having HB. Is there anything that the dr says you can have to help take the burn away? I totally understand not being able to stomach Tums, i couldnt either
