Needed:Pumpkin Dessert Recipes

I've got people coming to dinner several nights this week and was curious if you ladies had any pumpkin dessert recipes.  DH & I don't like pumpkin pie, so that's out of the question...

I know someone had a recipe for iced pumpkin chocolate chip cookies last year and they were tasty (can't remember who it was!).  I also bought the pumpkin spice kisses to try (not a big fan) and was looking to maybe bake cookies with them.

I have a recipe from BHG magazine from last year for a Pumpkin Layer cake with chocolate ganache icing.  It was a big hit at Thanksgiving last year so I'll see if I can find it.  I also have a great Pumpkin bread recipe from the Food Network.  I'll look and post them!

Both have gotten rave reviews from my family.  In fact when I made the cake last year I thought I would be able to take some to my IL's but my family ate the entire thing...LOL.
