3oz Skyy Citrus (or Absolut Citron
1oz Blue Curaco
1oz Pineapple juice
That is the one they used at buffalo wild wings for years
It wont be a clear blue because of the pineapple. If you want a clearer blue you can use sour mix instead
I work at a martini bar, and this is one of our most popular! It's called The Blue Velvet.... recipe as follows
1 1/4 oz pineapple vodka (ours is what we infuse ourselves and is YUM!!)
2 1/2 pineapple juice
1 oz Blue curaco
Shake shake shake! Garnish with pineapple on a garnish stick. It is a pretty pretty blue color
Have only drunk Gin Martini's so I use:
1 Oz Bombay Sapphire
1/2 Oz Blue Curucao
1/2 Oz Noilly Prat
Swirl glass with Noilly prat, shake Gin and clu curucao with ice cubes and strain into glass
